Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on AIArtImage for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display; attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on AIArtImage; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.

The materials on AIArtImage are provided 'as is'. AIArtImage makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
4. Limitations
In no event shall AIArtImage or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on AIArtImage, even if AIArtImage or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
5. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on AIArtImage could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. AIArtImage does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. AIArtImage may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
6. Materials and Content
The materials on AIArtImage are protected by copyrights and trademarks of AIArtImage and its third-party licensors. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or transmit the materials except as permitted by this agreement or with the prior written permission of the copyright holder. Generated AI images created through our platform are owned by you, provided you have the right to use the prompts and do not violate intellectual property rights of others.
7. Limitations on Liability
Your use of our platform and services is at your sole risk. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of revenue, data loss, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use AIArtImage for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. You also agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the platform, or any other systems or networks connected to our platform. Prohibited conduct includes: harassment or causing distress or inconvenience; offensive content or abusive language; attempts to disrupt normal operations; and any activity that violates laws or regulations.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
You retain all rights to the prompts and descriptions you provide. However, you grant AIArtImage a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display generated images for service improvement, platform demonstration, and marketing purposes (unless you opt out). You warrant that you have all necessary rights to the prompts and that your use does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights. You agree not to generate images containing illegal content, hate speech, violence, or other prohibited materials.
10. Subscription and Billing
Subscription plans are offered on a recurring basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize AIArtImage to charge your payment method automatically for the subscription price at the frequency you selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are generally not available for partial months of service, but we may provide exceptions at our sole discretion.
11. Termination
AIArtImage may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any claims arising from or related to the termination of your account or access to the platform.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AIArtImage operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location. If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from these terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

AIArtImage may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions. AIArtImage reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website.
